There are many sites out there about the Secret. If you're interested in reading about it, it is quite easy to find places on the net. Search for "The Secret" , "Law of Attraction" or even "Cosmic Ordering" and you'll find millions.

Most talk about making money, increasing riches etc which is, of course, attractive to a majority of people. Apart from a couple of stories in the Secret movie I haven't seen much evidence, in other people following the Secret, of this really happening. You have to ask for it, and the universe will answer, but you have to receive the results. And to receive the results you have to take the opportunities that present themselves to be able to access these results. The Secret is NOT going to work if you

So this blog is NOT about trying to making millions of dollars. It's about doing the things that most people are capable of doing on a day to day basis without taking a huge risk, doing a TV interview or putting themselves in a situation where they have to take a huge leap of faith for something to work. (This doesn't mean you shouldn't ask for something big, it just means you need to do something big in order to get it. If you're a shy person then you're going to have to start slow.)

One of the common things about sites that talk about money is that most of them have Adwords ads installed. Because the sites attract thousands of visitors a week it is an additional income stream for the blog or site owner. Some sites even get impression money. That means that no one really needs to click on an ad for the person to be able to earn a small amount of income.

One of the things I asked for a couple of months ago was an increase in the amount I get from my Adwords ads. For years I'd been getting much lower amounts than most people due to my interest in fairly niche markets. So, of course, unless a miracle occurs it is very unlikely any of the sites are going to suddenly start paying $1000 per day. I don't run sites devoted to cars or legal cases!

Having said that, two months ago I chose an amount I would like to see appear in my account. It was not unattainable and it was easy to believe I would get it in the future.

In a previous post I mentioned that for me to get this kind of result I needed to take any opportunities that presented themselves, like setting up an article page. I then went on to describe how this opportunity presented itself and I was able to set up a huge amount of new pages in a short period of time.

Well, I've done that and guess what, today my ads took such a leap that they have reached the amount I asked for. I would, of course, love this to continue on a daily basis but this isn't a time to rest on my laurels. So today I will set a new target and hope new opportunities appear for me to attain that new target.
